The L2IT, Laboratory of the Two Infinities – Toulouse, is opening its doors to the public! The laboratory explores physical and astrophysical phenomena, from the infinitely small to the infinitely large.

At the scale of the Universe, we study gravitational waves produced by cataclysmic events such as the mergers of supermassive black holes.
At the microscopic scale, we study the dynamics of atomic nuclei and the most fundamental constituents of the Universe produced in high-energy particle collisions.
Come and discover the physics of the two infinities through interactive activities and discussions with our researchers and engineers.
